I am an in-network provider for BCBS-IL only. If you have another kind of insurance, I am happy to submit claims on your behalf; you just need to pay for the sessions out-of-pocket and await reimbursement from your insurance plan.
My fee is $200 per 50-minute couples counseling session. I see clients weekly or biweekly and the average couple takes about 12 months to reach and maintain their optimal level of relational wellness.
Couples intensives are billed at the same session rate of $200 per hour; only the first hour is covered by your insurance. Intensives are longer sessions (2-4 hours) and the average couple takes about 4 months to reach their relationship goals.

My Chicago office is located between Wabash and Michigan Avenue, just north of the Chicago River. To get there from I-90/94, exit on Ohio Street East. Turn right onto Wabash Avenue; the building will be on your left before you cross the river, it is tucked in behind another building. There is a public parking garage across the street.
La Grange office:
72 S. La Grange Road, Suite 6, La Grange IL 60525
My La Grange office is located on La Grange Rd, above the downtown La Grange Theater. To get there from north or south, take Mannheim Rd/La Grange Rd until you get near the corner of Cossitt and La Grange Rd. Street parking is limited but there are free public parking lots within a block of the office.
